Drafts do not move money
An invoice draft prepares dates, line items and account details for review. Saving it is not a payment, a charge or a refund. Confirm the currency and workspace before changing a draft; an account's annual value is not the amount of its next invoice.
Review the effective date
Subscription changes and cancellation require admin access and a review of the effective date, plan and affected workspace. Read the confirmation before accepting. A pending request is not evidence that a subscription already changed.
Refunds are simulated here
Northstar is a fictional demonstration and does not connect this public site to a payment processor. A demo refund must still name the invoice, amount and reason and produce a business receipt. There is no real money to recover from this public registration flow.
