Start with one workspace

A workspace is the boundary for your accounts, requests, integrations and team. Use one for a team that shares a customer portfolio. Separate business units belong in separate workspaces when their access rules differ.

For a guided introduction, request demo access from the registration page. The public request records your details and returns a reference; it does not activate a signed-in account.

Review before you assign

Open Accounts and check health, renewal date and annual value together. Acme Robotics, for example, has a score of 42 and $98,400 in annual value in the fixed demo snapshot. A score is a signal to investigate, not a reason to contact a customer automatically.

Finish with an owned next step

Use the work queue to locate the request behind the signal. Assign a responsible teammate, confirm the status and review the activity record. Revisit the portfolio after the underlying work is complete; a status change alone is not evidence of recovery.
